Flights from the UK

Les-Stables is easily accessible by all major transport routes with both Limoges and Bergerac airport within an hour and twenty minutes and Bordeaux Airport under two hours away. All three of these airports receive regular flights from all the major UK airports.

RyanAir, Flybe and Jet2 all offer direct flights to both Bergerac and Limoges. But please note that airline schedules change and we are not able to confirm availability or make bookings on your behalf. Please contact service providers directly for up-to-date information.

Airport Transfers

Small Groups – Limoges & Bergerac

We can arrange for small group transfers (up to a maximum of 6 guests) from Limoges and Bergerac (transfer time 1hr20) for a small fee (for more details please contact us to ensure we are able to meet your needs).

Please note we cannot undertake transfers from Bordeaux and would advise against booking flights into Bordeaux if flights to Bergerac or Limoges are available as the transfer time is significantly longer.

Large Groups – Limoges & Bergerac

We can help arrange for larger group transfers to and from the airports outlined above via a local coach company. Coach transfer costs in the region of 650€ – 900€ from these airports irrespective to a large degree on the numbers involved since the cost of coach hire is dependent on the type of coach hired as opposed to the number of people travelling. This fee is subject to confirmation by the coach company but would be the total cost for pick up and drop off a week later.

We are happy to liaise with the coach company on your behalf to establish an exact cost of transfers – which will vary dependent on the time of year, number of bikes requiring transfer etc. – but all financial payments will be made directly between the coach company and yourselves.

For medium sized groups we would advise that car hire may be a cheaper option or where necessary car hire coupled with our “small group transfer” may offer a cheaper option.

Please note whilst we can help arrange for coach transfers from other airports where necessary but would advise that these transfers will be more expensive than the estimate outlined above.

By Car/Ferry

If traveling by car Les-Stables can be reached from the ferry terminals of Le Havre, St Malo or Caen within 6 hours. Alternatively, you may choose the Dover/Calais ferry or EuroTunnel crossing where crossings are likely to be cheaper with a drive time of 8.5 hrs.
